Market Analyst Intern
Description

Leviate Jet Sales is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Aircraft Market Analyst Intern position. The Aircraft Market Analyst Intern assists the aircraft sales team with market research, data presentation, marketing campaigns, record keeping, lead tracking, and other administrative duties and helps to improve Leviate's processes, procedures, and capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting aircraft market research team in information collection, data entry, analytics, and presentation
  • Leading digital and print marketing campaigns to generate leads for sales executives
  • Maintaining aircraft listing and sales database, providing aircraft records to sales executives timely and efficiently upon request
  • Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales executives
  • Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative use
  • Assisting in administrative duties for the aircraft sales team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
  • Assisting management team members and sales executives as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation / Finance / Economics / Data Science or a related field or equivalent experience is highly desirable but not required.
  • Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Applications
  • Must be detail-oriented, task-driven, organized, reliable, trainable, and self-motivated
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess basic financial analytics skills
  • Working well in a team environment and willing to work extended hours when needed
  • Available to work a full-time schedule, estimated at least 40 hours a week
  • Previous work experience within the private aviation industry in a sales support role is a plus but not required
  • Passion for the aviation industry is highly desirable
