Luis Barros is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Leviate Air Group. With decades of experience across operations, charter brokerage, aircraft sales, and M&A, he has built and scaled businesses that combine operational rigor with disciplined financial performance.
Luis developed his lifelong passion for aviation through early schoolwork at a local county airport. Years of work in aircraft operations exposed him to the vital engine that drives business aviation. As his career developed, Luis led the development of one of the largest charter sales organizations in the United States, establishing national reach and high-performing executive teams. He founded Leviate Air Group with a strategic vision: to institutionalize safety-driven operations, professionalized management, and value-creation through organic growth and acquisitions within business aviation.
Today, Leviate operates across Air Charter, Aircraft Sales & Dealership, Part 135 Aircraft Management, and strategic M&A initiatives—positioning the firm as a platform consolidator in the fragmented private aviation sector.
Luis holds a degree in Aviation Management from The Ohio State University and a certification in Private Equity & Venture Capital from Columbia Business School.
