Welcome to LeviateAir.com, the Leviate Air Group (LAG) company Site (“Site”), owned by LAG; a FAR Part 135 air carrier that exercises full operational control of charter flights.Flights are operated by World Class Jet dba Leviate Jet Management or air carriers that have been certified to provide service for LAG & that meet all FAA certifications & additional safety standards established by LAG.
LAG’s Site terms impose conditions on a Users’ access to this Site. They do not alter the terms or conditions of any other agreement the User has with LAG, its subsidiaries, contractors, brokers, or affiliates for products or services. LAG makes this Site available to its affiliates, customers, brokers, agents & miscellaneous aviation related companies. LAG’s Site, information & material/content hosted within it, are the property of Leviate Air Group. Use, duplication, & disclosure of the Site are subject to this notice. Use of the Site is an acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Limited Licence
Subject to the terms & conditions stated below & all applicable laws & regulations, LAG grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, limited licence to access, use & display this Site. This licence is not a transfer of title to the Site. You must retain all copyright & other proprietary notices on all copies of the Site. In addition, you may not modify the Site in any way or reproduce, publicly display, perform, distribute, create derivative works of, or otherwise use the Site for any public or commercial purpose, except as these Terms & Conditions specifically permit. You may not use the LAG Site to design, produce, or clone a derivative Site, or to obtain any government approval to do so.
User Conduct
- User may access, display, & print one copy of the Material solely for User’s personal, internal, non-commercial use (“Use”), except as otherwise provided on the Site. No other use of the Material is authorised. Users agree that the copy of the Material shall retain all copyright, trademark & other notices in the same form & in the same manner as such notices appear on the Material or on the Site. Users may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, post, or publish the Material without LAG’s prior written consent.
- User understands & agrees that any Use of the Material is done at User’s own discretion & risk. Users will be solely responsible for any damage to User’s network, software or computer system, or any loss of data that results from the use of the Site or the Material.
- User may not, without the prior written consent of LAG, use any computer code, data mining software, “robot,” “spider,” “scraper,” or other automatic device or program, algorithm or methodology having similar processes or functionality, or any manual process, to monitor or copy any of the web pages, data or content found on this Site or accessed through the Site.User also may not engage in the mass downloading of files from the Site; use the computer processing power of the Site for purposes other than those permitted above; or flood the Site with electronic traffic designed to slow or stop its operation.
While visiting the Site, User shall not submit, post, publish, distribute or transmit:
- Material that is illegal, indecent, obscene, libellous, defamatory, false or misleading;
- Material other than that which may be requested by an interactive application or tool on the Site;
- Unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or other forms of solicitation;
- Material that would infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties,
- A computer virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other element destructive to the Site or any LAG hardware or software accessible through the Site, or
- A digital or manual signature, password, or other element impersonating a LAG employee, or any forged TCP/IP headers or parts of a header, in an attempt to gain unauthorised access to LAG’s computers, software, data, accounts or databases.
Site & Material/Content
LAG may change any aspect of the Site, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time without notice. LAG also may impose limits on certain Site features & services or restrict your access to parts of the Site without notice. Changes to the Site & Terms & Conditions shall be effective immediately upon posting. Use of the Site after a change is an acceptance of such change. Although LAG will attempt to identify significant changes to the Site & Terms & Conditions, it has no obligation to do so. It is your responsibility to determine if there have been any changes to the Site or its Terms & Conditions. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by any such changes.

Intellectual Property
The Site & the Materials comprise LAG & third party intellectual property, & are protected by United States & International laws. Except as otherwise provided, nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting any licence or right to User under any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property right of LAG or any third party.
International Users & Jurisdiction
LAG maintains & controls the Site from Dallas, Texas USA. Access to the LAG Site from territories where its materials/contents are illegal is prohibited. If a User accesses the LAG Site from outside the United States of America, the User is responsible for complying with all applicable international, regional & locally governed laws.
Third Party Content (Hyperlinks)
Hyperlinks on the LAG Site may route a User to third-party Sites on the Internet that LAG does not control (“Linked Sites”). LAG provides connections to Linked Sites as a convenience to the User, but does not endorse the Linked Sites or any of the content, products, or services contained or offered on the Linked Sites. LAG makes no representations or warranties concerning Linked Site. LAG’s Site includes Material owned by third parties, as well as links to Sites owned by third parties (singularly & collectively “Third Party Material”). Access to & use of any Third Party Material is at the User’s own risk & LAG is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made in such Third Party Material.
Site Transactions
Portions of the LAG Site permit the User to conduct transactions, such as buying or selling goods or services through LAG. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, such transactions are subject to LAG’s standard terms & conditions of sale or purchase or other terms & conditions that the User negotiated with LAG. Transactional pages may have hyperlinks to other terms & conditions specified by the Linked Sites.
Information & Material Submissions
The User/Sender of any communications to LAG shall be responsible for the content & the information contained therein, including its truthfulness & accuracy. Users have the option to submit information & materials related to your use of the Site to LAG by email, through the Site forms, or by other means to provide feedback, ask questions, or for other purposes (“Submitted Information”). You expressly grant, or warrant that the owner of the Submitted Information has expressly granted, to LAG a world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right & licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute & prepare derivative works of the Submitted Information, in whole or in part & without any obligation of attribution, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, subject to LAG’s Site Privacy Statement. In addition, you irrevocably waive, or warrant that the owner of the Submitted Information has irrevocably waived, all “moral rights”, all rights under the Visual Artists Rights Act, all rights of privacy & publicity, & the like, in the Submitted Information.
Limitation of Liability
Submitted Information that a User sends to or receives from LAG is subject to interception, misappropriation, & misuse by third parties. Neither LAG nor any of its subsidiaries, employees, or other representatives shall be liable for any damages or costs, including any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages or costs, arising out of or in connection with Users of this Site.
Privacy Policy
Leviate Air Group is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet & is strongly committed to protecting User privacy on its Site. LAG takes reasonable precautions to keep all information obtained from our online visitors secure against unauthorised access & use & we periodically review our security measures. LAG employees safeguard the privacy of information about its Site Users. The information collected from Users of the LAG Site is used to ensure quality service. Information gathered will not be shared with persons or companies outside of LeviateAir.com. A User may submit information for general inquiries, trip requests, sales inquiries for product &/or service information, as well as establishing a User profile. LAG may use this information for User contact purposes, (e.g., to contact or send materials for marketing purposes, or to notify Users of upcoming events & information). LAG practices commercially reasonable steps to safeguard the information from unauthorised access, & will not make individually identifiable information that is gathered on the LAG Site available to unaffiliated organisations for commercial intents that are unrelated to the LAG business. LAG generates statistics about Submitted Information provided by its Site Users. Analysis of Site and User metrics are not specific to any one User & is used for evaluation of the effectiveness of the LAG Site. User & Site statistics may be used to understand volumes of usage & to improve areas within the Site for all Users. LAG reserves the right to increase information collection capabilities in order to support its Site Users and customers needs. LAG, or agents on behalf of the business, routinely use email to respond to specific questions or issues (Submitted Information), or to inform about events or product information.
Disclaimer
Under no circumstances & under no legal or equitable theory shall LAG, its officers, employees, representatives, contractors, agents, or other party involved in providing the Site, be liable to Site Users or any other person for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, consequential, or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of goods, loss or damage to data, software or hardware arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Site, its material and content, any Linked Sites, or any damages resulting from the use of or reliance on the Site content/material presented.
Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify, defend, & hold harmless LAG, its officers, employees, representatives, contractors, agents, or other party involved in providing the Site, from & against any/all legal claims, suits, damages, costs, or other expenses (including any/all legal services fees) that arise directly or indirectly from the use of LAG’s Site and its content/material within; breach of these terms of use; and/or Users’ Submitted Information to or through the Site.
Termination
LAG reserves the right, without notice & in its sole discretion, to terminate or block any/all Users’ access to its Site, & to block or prevent future access to & use of the Site.
